Unfortunately after being long time customers at Elegance Nails my mother and I will no longer be spending our money there. For the last second months the quality of services has vastly decreased to the point of a pedicure basically being a quick wash. However the biggest issue is how they treat their staff who are not family. While I won't go into detail I will say it is atrocious how Linh and her husband treat staff. On top of that we found Linh and her husband to be untrustworthy and a bit unethical. They have denied being the owners to multiple clients in order to avoid dealing with negative criticism. Overall it is quite disappointing to see them go so downhill.

Her nails came off after being done in 3yrs. She went back to have fixed only to have same issues.
Ruined her birthday celebration as she kept hiding her hands and they wouldn't fix the final time with owners being exceptionally rude.

Beware!!! I had them remove the gel they had applied when the gel polish started to chip after a couple of weeks. The girl used an electric sander to remove it and ruined my nails and has caused me pain so far for three weeks. She sanded them so thin that they started bending and breaking to the quick that evening and as the nails grow they continue to break because the whole nail bed has been filed super thin. As if that wasn't enough, I didn't ask the price of the French gel manicure and it was $15 to 20 more than other nail spas have charged me but that was my fault for not asking, but I'm warning you to ask. But I did ask the price of removal for when I came back when it started to chip and she clearly said $5 but charged me ten when I came in for the service and seemed to infer there was a language barrier and I didn't hear it correctly. So there's another warning to get it in writing. There's a big difference to say the word five or the word ten. Needless to say, I will never, ever go back there and I intend to warn as many people as I can.
