I really should have read reviews before going to this salon. I loved the way my hair looked when I walked in. I had been growing it out and has taken very good care of it. It was my natural brown at the roots and faded into blond at my ends. I told the stylist that I wanted the same color that was already in my hair, but I just wanted the blond moved up. She spoke very fast and was very confusing but we seemed to be on the same page. She worked very fast but was very sloppy. She also kept asking for my opinion on the color as it was processing but then would say that she has a ton of experience and knows what the color will turn out to me and asked me to trust her. She pulled my hair multiple times when just washing it. She didn't put any sort of detangling product in my hair and it was very painful as she aggressively combed it out. While my hair was still wet I could tell that the ends were fried and WAY lighter than rest of it. So we had to cut 6 inches off instead of 2 just to get rid of it. Then when she dried it I saw the rest of the color. The color was absolutely terrible. It was uneven, splotchy, and just overall horrid. I actually started crying. She offered to add more bleach to fix it and I just asked her to dye it to match my natural color. As she was putting the new color in my hair she started talking to the stylist on the other side of the salon ABOUT ME. They were seriously talking about how I didn't like the color and how I didn't explain myself well like I wasn't there! I understand that the other stylist was trying to console her coworker, but I was right there and they were blaming me. IT'S NOT THAT I DIDN'T LIKE THE COLOR, THE ENTIRE COLOR JOB WAS AWFUL. She didn't talk to me the whole time she was "fixing" my hair. She also hit me in the head with the standing hair steamer thing. Her and her coworker kept talking about me. So I asked for the manager's name and number. Her coworker said very loudly "why? I'm confused. " like she was flabbergasted that I wanted to speak to the manager. I'm so incredibly upset about this experience.

I usually go to Cole's Salon, but they were fully booked today. I tried Regis and left so disappointed. To start- my stylist, Nicole, asked what I wanted to do with my hair today. I told her and she proceeded to roll her eyes and say that's what everyone asks for and you shouldn't do that. Then- throughout my wash and cut, Nicole kept yelling across the salon to another stylist telling her she better make sure she charges her client extra money for having long hair. No joke, she addressed that issue 8+ times. Finally- when it came to my hair, she cut it, then started to blow dry it, realized she had taken longer than expected, turned off the blow dryer, and said "so do you want to just let it air dry or what did you want?" I said, "well can you finish drying it and flat iron it?" She said okay and spent ten minutes blow drying it before stopping and telling me she is going to charge me extra because my hair is thick and I asked for her to flat iron it. I told her if she's going to charge me extra, that I didn't want her to do it. She kept going and working on it but complained the whole time that my hair was thick and usually her clients will blow dry and straighten their hair before they come in if they want it done that way. I've never had a hair cut where a stylist didn't flat iron my hair to be able to show me how the finished cut looked. She told me she would never blow dry and flat iron someone's hair during a hair cut. And proceeded to continue complaining about it. At one point, she was up front helping the other stylist charge her client extra, and I just decided I was done dealing with her, so I went up and asked her to ring me up and I would let her get back to the things she'd rather do. When I got home, I finished straightening it and was appalled at how bad the haircut was. It looks awful and not at all what I asked for. I tried to go to the website to reach out to corporate or the store, and there is no way to leave feedback. I'd never go back there to pay $38 for a haircut where someone spends the whole time complaining about doing her job and trying to find ways to charge everyone more. I'd much rather go back to Cole's Salon where the people are nice, enjoy their job, and you don't feel like you're an inconvenience to them.

I went to go get my hair TRIMMED & the lady cut off more than I asked. She started out by washing my hair, the water was freezing. Next she wrapped a towel around the ends of my hair while they were still soaking wet & dragged me back to the chair by me hair. Once I sat down, she tried to comb out my hair & was ripping out chunks of my hair! Then she went to get a brush which had been on the floor & tried to do that but it still didn't work so she made me brush out my own hair. As this was all going on, she was talking to my mother about her own life problems & her divorce & how she just got out of cosmetology school. When she started cutting, she asked me if I wanted any face framing & of course I said yes because thats what I usually do when I get a haircut. She took a razor & started cutting random sections of my hair around my face. As you can see in the first photo, the face framing was such a blunt cut! In the second photo, you can see how uneven the back was but my friend & I tried as best as we could to fix it. Lastly, the price was unbelievable for how bad the service was! I'm very disappointed with this place & I would not recommend it.

My daughter just came back from getting a hair cut and her eyebrows done at this salon. She asked the lady to just clean up her eyebrows a little bit. The lady took almost ALL of her eyebrows off. They are pencil thin where they used to be nicely shaped. When my daughter told her she wasn't happy the lady charged her DOUBLE the normal fee she pays. She asked to speak to a manager and the lady told her that wasn't possible because she was the only one there. No business cards saying who ran the establishment were available either. We didn't get her name. She wasn't wearing a name tag and never said who she was. This is ridiculous. A clean up on the eyebrows does NOT mean shaving them off! My daughter has been in tears for hours and absolutely hates them. Why would you deliberately do the exact opposite of what the customer asked for? Please don't give this place your business. There's a reason it's 1-star.

My favorite place to get my haircut. If you ever go here ask for Stacy Christianson to cut your hair a absolute scholar of a stylist.
