Horrible! Horrible horrible!!!! Don't go here, save your money. Mani pedi job was terrible, the lady who did my nails cut and bled me. She took her own nails and pushed back my cuticles, barely used the tools. Rushed through my nails to get done. She blamed my own nails for the awful job she was doing. Bad paint job and lazy clean up of the polish on my skin. I told her I was not happy and she raised her voice and said "what you want me to do!?" They're not professional disgusting salon and terrible customer service. Waste of my money and time!

I don't know if I would recommend this place. The girl I had was very, very difficult to understand - which overall, isn't a surprise or a huge problem. But she cut way too much off my cuticles during my pedicure. I didn't bleed (I thought I was going to) but it's been two days and my big toes still hurt. However, she gave a very good foot massage and the paint job is perfect. So... I only gave two stars because my toes still hurt.

as you can see i received the worst nail job in all my years of doing nails. i went to this nail shop in need of a fill and 2 fixes. my left middle & ring finger are cleary a different thickness, and length from the rest. i notified the nail tech of this and was told the two he did were "prettier than the old" i was then charged $2 because i wanted a different color along with complaints of length & shape. on top of that my nail broke 2 days later. i called to speak to a manager and explained the situation and was offered no compensation for my dissatisfaction followed by being hung up on. worst nail shop in minnesota, do not come here.

I bought a living social coupon a couple weeks ago and went to use it yesterday at 1pm. The nail tech wanted my voucher number and it wasn't listed. Where it said "See Voucher" it said "Book Now". So while she was doing my pedicure I live chatted with the living social rep. and eventually got the voucher number to give to the tech. But the tech told me I needed to be able to click "redeem now" on my phone. But I've done lots of these types of coupons before and I knew all I had to do was give the voucher number. I said I know she has a process she goes through every time but this time there was a glitch, a mistake. She wanted me to pay direct, same price but still. I showed her I really did pay for it and that if I paid her direct I'd be paying twice. Living Social had already told me in the chat when I asked that I couldn't get a refund because I bought it more than three days ago. I was getting up to leave and she called security! I thought Wow, this is really crazy. I used all of my customer service skills to resolve this. Meanwhile I'm stressing because my 11 year old is coming home to an empty house. So they get here and they say they can't really do anything as it's a money dispute. Calling the police was mentioned! Anyway, we tell them our sides and they suggest paying and coming back to use the voucher later. I flat out said I am not coming back here ever again. I even gave her my contact card and said if her boss has any issues they can get ahold of me. She just kept badgering me. She said if she didn't get the money she'd lose her job. Finally I said I have to go to the bathroom. After regaining perspective in the bathroom I decided to just pay it and leave. And later on Living Social gave me the option to trade that voucher for something else so I did. It may be cultural differences but it was a truly horrible experience.

Horrible customer service and sub-standard product. I went in to get my nails filled - pink and white. They said it would be $38. This is not my usual place- it was more expensive, but i said ok. Then she told me that she could just add pink powder at the bottom for $33. I said, so for $5 less, you will do 1/4 of the job? How about $30? She said no, $33, so I said ok. She finished and I walked out into the mall. I immediately realized that I had made a horrible mistake. All of my nails were very sharp, the white part was different on each nail and you could see my nail beds below the white part. I went back and they told me I should have told her when she was doing it. I said fine, but I cannot proceed with my nails like this. I need them re shaped and I want a color on them. She said she couldn't do that. I told her I wanted a refund and she said she could not do that either. She finally agreed to make them less sharp but that was it. I have never been so disgusted with poor customer care and terrible looking nails. Don't go here.
