I have been a member for 3-4 years. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The only issues I have had were related to other members. Some older members tie up machines while they talk to their friends. And, some younger members tie up machines while they sit there accessing their cell phones. Since it's a smaller gym there are fewer machines and this behavior by some members is a real PITA. Oh, one other thing. The video spin bikes, of which there are about a dozen, are constantly broken. One may not show video, another has no sound, no HR reading, etc. On any given day there are only 1 or 2 that work correctly. I've mentioned it and months later they are still broken. If I didn't like the staff so much I might downgrade this to 3 stars. But, all in all, it's better than Future Fitness, my former gym.
I used to absolutely love this cardio express when it was 24 hours last year. Unfortunately I am so fed up with this gym and the constant change of hours I don't know what to do! It seems like they decide to open later and later every other month. They now don't open until noon Monday - Friday, which is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Not happy with this gym anymore, it went from being super convenient being open 24/7 to now I'm not even able to workout anymore before work. I mean who doesn't open a gym until noon????!!! Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this gym if you have a tight schedule because their hours suck and continually change.

Gym is small but adequate in terms of equipment. Staff is nice especially if you are a regular.
Only complaint is that they replaced the stretching/aerobic space and turned it into a spin bike classroom that us off limits unless you have a specific membership. Now there is no space to stretch and do non weight and cardio exercises.
Windows so everyone in the mall shopping can see your butt while you're running. Weird stuff.
