They do a good gel manicure! It lasts three weeks. Also appreciate they stay open a little later during the week!

Marjorie did my powder gel. Love it! Accurate, thoughtful and excellent finish. Will come here from now on, the place I was going to, went downhill.

Had a bad experience with my Gel UV nails . Went a few times but that is it for me. Payed $90 for my nails and by day 7 they were starting coming off already . So upsetting. The lady also rushed to do the work and my nails didn't look good at all. Sorry, but this the honest truth

I've been coming to this salon on & off for about 10 years due to distance(about an hour drive). Every chance I get, I specifically make an appointment with Lourdes or Isabel. They are both phenomenal! Today, I walk in for a very overdue appointment and I'm told that the appointment(regular manicure & spa pedicure) I made two weeks ago is supposed to be tomorrow at 5pm. I let the person know that, they must have incorrectly made my appointment because I have an event tomorrow therefore this appointment was purposely made for today. I was given the option of someone else doing my "GEL MANICURE" and Lourdes can do my spa pedicure. Clearly, not only was my appointment date incorrectly marked down but so was one of the services that I requested. Since I only get services done with either Lourdes or Isabel, I now have to WAIT until Lourdes is done before I am able to be attended. This is unacceptable - appointments need to be made accordingly especially when waiting is an extreme inconvenience to the customer! Actions like this should be recognized and customers should be rewarded some way for the error of the employee who made the appointment and inconvenience of the customer.

I feel so bad even writing this review because everyone that works there is nice ! When I would go in there I was excited about all the colors I would say on the wall but after noticing that my pedicures wouldn't last I decided to pay attention and realize that all their regular nail polish are cheap no-name brands. The first section when you walk in is misleading because you see Opi and essie but those are only gel. The regular nail polish is towards the back and not one is a reputable brand. They recently raised their prices stating that prices have gone up because of the supplies but their nail polish is not even brand name so it's confusing. I recently started getting my lashes done there and they only do it three days a week. Every time you go there's a different person. It's sucked because one girl would do it really well and then two weeks later it was a stranger and it would look completely different even though they wrote down the length and curl type there's no consistency and for paying $80 for a fill-in I think it's ridiculous that I won't even know who's gonna be servicing me until I get there. For the last two months I've gone on a Thursday and it's never the same person. When I've asked who's going to do it they'll just tell me not to worry that she's good. Sometimes it's full sometimes it lasts for the amount of money I spend there I would like some quality and consistency.
