I'm not sure where did these good reviews came from if they don't even bother to answer their phone!! I've been trying to reach anyone in the salon for nail appointment over the last month and a half and only one time a guy picked up to tell me that the nail lady is not working for 2 weeks which is fine but then good luck catching someone to talk to. Horrible experience, stay away!
This place is DIRTY -- there was only one person working -- I made my appointment and waited over 30 minutes... if your business is dirty -- ensure to have adequate staffing to get the patrons in quickly so they do not have time to look around at the filth... Left without getting my mani&pedi due to cleanliness...
I have been waiting for a mani pedi for over an hour. Called yesterday and owner said can you come at 2:00. Arrived slightly before 2:00 and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes before I could begin. Living 45 minutes away I did not want to leave and come back. He then said it will be no more than 45 minutes. Still no service at 70 minutes. Never again!
This was probably my worst experience getting my nails done. The scheduling was all messed up and when my mom and I got there, only one person was available to do nails, so we ended up being there for over 3 hours. Both my fingernails and toenails were not completely painted, so it looked like I already had a ton of growth by the time I left. Within a couple days, both my fingernails (which were gel) and toenails started chipping. Don't waste your time at this place.
