Stayed here for a month while working . one of the best places to stay long term or for anyone working in Lake Tahoe offers a simple breakfast . Amazing , Friendly , front desk staff that always tried to help .

I stay there this week. then Friday around 9 pm someone was nocking at my room and was trying to get in. it was the front desk lady and there was an older guy next to her. I was scared, I open the door and the lady and the guy wanted to come in. I was confused. I asked them, "what's going on," the older man said , I forgot my bag and my machine and medicine. I was so tired that I didn't notice. When he said that then I realized that room was not clean the bed was just made not clean sheets and some towels were dirty. The front desk just apologized and did not change the bed sheets. I had some of my own And used those I just didn't want to deal with it that moment. The next morning I went to the front desk and I guy help me. I told him I'm pretty sure you know what happened last night, he said,"yes, I apologize," and that was it. I told him. I want my room clean, and cle sheets and towels, he said " I send a housekeeper" so I left the room and when I return closed to 5pm my room was still dirty. I called the front office again. And I told the lady, " my room has not been cleaned and I requested this morning," she said, " let me checked if the housekeeper still here, I think she is goan ," I said I resquested this to be done since 8am and nothing was done about it." So she was hable to send a house keeper. But I had the worse experience ever staying here. I was not even offered a discount for the room been dirty at the first place. and what was worsed for trying to open my room before I even got to open it. good thing it was locked. I don't recommed this hotel. And if you stay check that there is no dirty towels or anything left behind from other guest . so you don't have the same experience that I had very disappointed.

The worst hotel room you could possibly imagine in summer. My family and I were given a unit without AC during the summer heat. The front desk staff Oliver did not disclose this information during check-in. After checking in, we dropped off our luggage and left for the Lake Tahoe beach. When we returned, we realized there was no AC and the room was radiating with heat. The outdoor temperature was probably 10 degrees cooler. After lengthy discussion with the front desk, they eventually gave us a new room with AC. But when we entered the room, the windows were wide open and smelled like they just recently fogged the room with pesticides. Don't risk booking at priceline with their express deals.

The room was really dirty such as the bathroom and the armchair in the bedroom. The upper portion of the walls in the bathroom was filled with drip marks with a brown hue. The fabric armchair was so dirty I could not believe any hotel would not throw it out. Other than those two unbelievable dirty places there was the somewhat typical, somewhat acceptable, "budget" hotel issues such as the gunky light switches and a bed light not working. There was not clothing hangers on the rack.

You get exactly what you pay for, for the price, its a room and a bed to sleep in, good location i guess. However, the conditions were horrible. Advertised a pool, and it looked like it had been under construction like 5 yrs ago and never got finished. Theres not really a form of a lobby, and just not overall a well representation of Tahoe.
