Echo A Salon in Guilford, CT

My first haircut here with CORRINE! I have curly hair and it's not in the greatest shape/texture these days. She gave me a GREAT haircut and steered me away from my wanting to go for the big chop. Instead she cut long layers in and gave me a versatile, healthy looking and modern cut. Staff was very welcoming and appointment was on time. Super happy with this experience and I can't say I usually am. So thank you to Corrine!

I love Echo! Tatjana has been doing my hair for almost a year now and I always leave completely satisfied. My hair has always been tough to work with but she knows exactly how to handle it and it always comes out great. I won't go anywhere else. I definitely recommend coming here and seeing Tat!

I stumbled on Echo searching  for a hair salon that can cut short hair.
I  loved my hair cut as I left the salon.
I  can say honestly  that I  love my  hair cut two weeks later.   A sign of a  good cut is that it holds the style as it grows out.  

I feel pretty .
I look pretty
and I have been stopped once in the grocery stores asking where I got my hair styled.

Salon visits in my previous residence cost me 80 to 150 depending on who did the cut.
In Ct I have  stumbled on 45 to 80 for a cut. Yes I have opted for the lower price but found I needed to trim pieces and  was needing a cut two weeks after a visit.
It has been  almost three weeks since I got my hair cut at Echo. I look great!!

I have been to many upscale salons in CT and use to travel to NY for a color and cut.But now for the past few years ECHO is the only place I would go..My stylist Tatiana not only knows current trends, but her eye for color, and shape is incredible.I have difficult hair . and she has been able to make it look fantastic and easy for me to work with. The other important point to share is that she is always honest and stands by her work. One keratin treatment worked but not as well as the first time and it was redone without any charge. If I purchase a product I am not 100% satisfied with, she always refunds it. This not only shows great customer service, but smart management. The owner allows her staff to make decisions on the spot. Customer satisfaction is key at ECHO.Every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.Coffee, tea, wine and cheese all make the atmosphere delightful.
If you are looking for a salon, look no further.ECHO has it all.

No doubt about it, Echo does great hair. Downside is it is probably the  most expensive salon on the shoreline and they don't offer any chances to get discounts (i.e. referral program).  Clients are booked back to back so don't be surprised if you stylist is late or running around like crazy.  Small sacrifices for such great styling.
