I was nervous about going to a new salon. I got there for my consultation and Taylor was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to work me in immediately. I have never been so happy with my hair. The last extensions I had I had to straighten everyday. I have had these for three days now and I have not had to straighten my hair yet. I wake up with great hair...I have forever found my hair stylist. Also I get so many compliments about my hair.. Thanks Taylor you are awesome!!!

Been coming here for over about a year and a half. Originally I was very blonde. Eventually, I decided to go super dark (after convincing Alyssa that I was very very sure about this decision LOL). No matter what color I've had, it's always been executed beautifully along with my extensions, of course. Love this salon & shout out to Alyssa & Sierra for always taking care of my hair. Yall are amazing!

Today I went to this salon for just a haircut and walked out with so much confidence in my hair. Sierra Touery is the best and took such good care of me! She was so intentional with me as a client and did great work. I highly recommend her and this salon for a warm experience.

love it! and from the front desk to the girls on the floor everyone is so nice and they do great work definitely would recommend them! Alyssa is also a amazing stylist she is so nice and wonderful definitely would recommend her!

Save your money! Zero stars! I came in for a consultation to have my single & weft extensions moved up & my roots colored. Nothing crazy or difficult. Tate (the stylist) said she could handle it & went ahead that same day. She said it would take about 2 hours but It took HOURS longer than I was told. I didn't leave there until 11 pm. I had to pay my baby sitter for several more hours than I had planned. I was very nice about all of it even though she couldn't put all my singles into my hair because "they wouldn't fit" even though they all somehow fit last time I'd had them done & the roots were STILL visible after she dyed them. She scheduled a time to correct the color the following week. I went in & she did the color again but didn't go dark enough so my roots were still visible. I didn't want to take up her next clients time so we decided she would not charge for my next root touch up when we moved the extensions up in 8 wks. However, The next day I woke up to all but 5 of my 75 sliding off of my hair. I have lost a couple before when I had them done which is normal, maybe 3-5 in 9 wks but to lose 75 within one week?!! That isn't normal, That's well more than half of my extensions. So I emailed requesting it be corrected bc I have photos to do for Christmas this weekend and I look like Joe dirt and Miley Cyrus had a baby. They called me today saying they had a spot open at 12 pm & "didn't want me going into the holidays with messed up hair." I was grateful for that so I drove the 35 minutes to their salon. I was asked to sit in the owners chair & I thought, "FINALLY, someone who knows what they're doing will fix my hair!" I was wrong. Instead she blamed my hair "not taking color" DARK on VIRGIN BLOND ROOTS didn't take?! And then said that I was Not getting my singles corrected either with no other options for me to fix the atrocity on my head. She refused to correct the color & refused to correct the single extensions as well. I asked "what are you saying? Are you just gonna leave my roots like this & my hair looking like I have a mullet? You won't even TRY to fix it???" She said she was leaving my hair like this & asked me to leave. I asked if I could at least please have my money back so I can afford to have someone else fix it. She told me no & stated Tate had done "free work" on me. Not true. A Correction of your mistakes is correcting your mistake on a service ALREADY paid for. If they had done it correctly the first time this wouldn't be a conversation. Not only did she not fix my hair but they customized MY extensions without my permission that I own & purchased only 9 weeks ago. They snipped the tips of my extensions calling it "improvising" to where I can't even go back to the original salon I bought them from to redo them bc they're ruined. Tate also got brown dye all over my blonde extensions. I paid 175 per 25 of them and they ruined 75 of them. Not to mention there were still beads from my previous extensions ALL over my head & still in the extensions. I could have had better results doing it myself. I'm embarrassed of my hair being seen & I cried all day about it especially with Christmas a day away. This isn't what you go to a PROFESSIONAL for. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by any establishment. Zero respect, zero empathy, and zero remorse. They do not care about their customers at all. Only their pocket. Jessica Kirkpatrick is the most hateful, unfair, & shady "business" owner I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. What kind of person does this? Jessica, you had me drive 35 minutes away and pay a sitter FOR THE THIRD TIME to fix my hair and you knew you weren't going to fix it but instead of just calling to tell me that you, bring me down there waste more of my hard earned time & money just so you can humiliate me to the point of crying in the middle of an entire salon with a police officer you called because I asked for my money back respectfully as possible for a service you did not complete. I did not deserve to be straight up ROBBED on Christmas by this horrible company and horrible human. Jessica Kirkpatrick, you're pure trash and so is your company. Tate you could have had the decency and maturity to be there & face me like an adult instead of letting mommy handle your mess ups. Karma is a real SOB and I knoooow it's coming for you & your horrible store. My lawyer certainly will be coming for you if I don't receive all of my money back ASAP! You are a thief AT BEST. You know my number. I'll accept a refund to my card or a check to my house or I'll be having my lawyer sue you for my hair extension damages, wasted time, babysitter money for an appt you never intended to keep, the refund of my payment for undone services as well as pain & suffering for destroying my holidays & humiliation.
