If I could give them zero stars I would. First they tell you they are using one by one then end up putting the very plastic 3 piece one. They use the cheapest kind of glue my eyes burn then I told her I didn't like them she said to just pay$50 excuse me but no I asked for them to be removed due to my eyes bing so red and wouldn't stop watering it such a traumatic experience. It looked like they lived there.... Food and blankets everywhere floors so dirty idk how they have business... save yourself from a trip to the eye doctor and don't go here

If I could give this salon less than one star I would. It was the most horrible experience of my life and I'm still dealing with it and this was last summer. Stay away from Kelly! I went in to get my eyebrows and eyeliner done and then she talked me into getting my lips done which she said wouldn't hurt and it hurt like hell in fact everything hurt that she did! My face is an absolute mess my lips are ruined my eyebrows are ruined and my lower liner has a spot below the line that I have to cover with make up every day. In order for me to get my eyebrows fixed because she messed them up so bad that no one will touch them until I laser them off which cost $250 a session so far I've spent $500 on laser treatments and I'm not sure if I can even afford to get any more laser treatments so I'm stuck with filling in my eyebrows every day because half of the eyebrows are missing from the laser treatment. If I can ever get my eyebrows done again it will cost me five to $600. My lips are such an ugly color that I have to wear lipstick every day to hide my lips! run don't walk away from the salon and away from Kelly! Oh one more thing Kelly did my lashes, they were terrible, she ruined my natural lashes they'll never be the same.

So I went in to get my toenails done, and while I was there, I noticed the disgusting dirt, grime, goo and hair all over the machines. This was upon the salon just being opened I was the first customer. Please clean your salon. Maybe most people don't notice the nastiness, but I do. After I left, she followed me out to my car. I told her to please go away she wouldn't leave. She kept trying to talk to me through my window. Finally, she walked away that is horribly unprofessional and a little bit frightening.

Avoid coming here. This place is horrible services. They do everythings but don't have an experience.

Kelly was really sweet and I love my lashes. The pricing is extremely reasonable, allowing you to maintain the lashes without investing a small fortune. I'm so happy I found this lil gem of a place. It also seems like a lot of regulars are always there so that also says something positive to me about the services, pricing and staff. I'm someone who has frequented high end establishments to budget friendly establishments, I don't discriminate due to the esthetics or ambiance as long as the energy is good. This is definitely an old school place. You should call them for sure.
