Unimpressive, overpriced, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. A group of us planned a spa day for my mom's birthday. Unfortunately, she got lost driving there and was running 15 minutes late. The massage therapists assigned to us were only concerned about their schedules and not the purpose of our appointment. Shooting me nasty looks and talking down to me as I was holding up their schedule trying to make sure my mom was okay, not stranded on the road with the snow. I tried to explain to them that this appointment was a gift for my mother and this was suppose to be a relaxing experience for all of us. I tried to convey that I understand the situation we put them in by being late and understood that they would need to stop our services at the appropriate allotted time to not interrupt their next client. However this therapist silenced me, and would not listen and continued to minimize me. If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience, spend your money somewhere else. They do not respect their customer's lives and treat customer as an inconvenience if the customer disrupt the therapist's precious schedule. To the owners - treat your workers better so that they are not taking out their work frustrations on your dwindling customers.

Cara is the best Esthetician ever. If you need a facial or waxing done, I have been seeing her for about 10 years now and she is phenomenal every time. Super kind, understanding, and patient as well. Go see her!
I had a great experience at the 28th street Design 1. Tessa was super friendly and knowledgeable about products that I was curious about. She showed me the redken quick blow out spray (which is now my favorite. it smells so good) I showed her some some examples of hair cuts that I liked and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The waiting area was very clean and nice and everyone was super friendly.
