Mixed feelings about this place. The lady who did my nails was amazing and so sweet. I gave her a cash tip as soon as she finished them. The checkout felt scammy, i'd recommend using cash. When I went up to the front to pay, it was a man-- not the woman who did my nails. When he saw I did not add a tip on the screen he told me my total did not go through. So I paid the amount 2x and confirmed with him that I was not getting double charged. Once I got to my car I double checked my bank statements and I was double charged. I went back inside to clear things up, it was immediately refunded no questions asked.
$70 for the volcano pedicure my husband and I received yesterday was nothing special and I have no idea why in the world the pricing is that high. I hate to be negative we've had many good experiences over the past 3-4 years but haven't been to your establishment for about a year. I'm sorry but I can pay $45 to $50 for the same pedicure anywhere. I didn't even get polish lol. Won't be back
