Would give zero stars if I could. On more than one occasion my appointment was not recorded properly. In my opinion, management leaves a lot to be desired and they are rude. When I compare it to other nail salons, It's basically an assembly line shop. Also, check your receipt- they undercharged me and swiped a second time charging me twice for using a credit card. They did not advise me that they were swiping twice.

I've been going to Deluxe Nails for a couple of months. I've never been disappointed. I schedule appointments so rarely do I wait. The owner is so pleasant, he greets me when I walk in, provide mail color samples and sometimes in the rare instances when my nail tech Tom is wrapping up, he'll prep my polish to be removed. The establishment is clean and quiet. There isn't a lot of chatter which I enjoy. I am there after to just unwind and relax. Tom is always thorough and he takes his time. Again, not a lot of conversation - yeah! Services are very reasonably priced. If you can bring cash, great because there's a small fee if you use a credit card. There's an ATM machine on there but depending on your bank, you may end up paying a fee for that as well. I'd highly recommend this establishment. Great group of people!

I always get a regular pedicure of some sort when I go and my toe nails look great for the next month+.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Whoever owns this place needs to reevaluate their business management skills. I have been coming here for years and they do a mediocre job at best. I usually get dip nails (which takes an hour at most and lasts at least 3 weeks) and it took 2 hours and looked absolutely horrendous. I don't know if my nail tech was unqualified but something went very wrong. They were chunky, uneven, and not at all what I asked for. Worst of all they started lifting and chipping after 10 days - I have never had an issue with my nails before. I went back to see if they could redo them, especially since I am a loyal customer and they turned me away! The man up front said, "some nails don't hold dip well." Well buddy that's complete bull because I get my nails done the same every month and have never had this issue. They are extremely rude and short and need to understand customer service or they are going to lose more customers. I am never coming back here and do not recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money and avoid this place.
