I have never had a better nail experience in my life! I am not a big talker during any kind of salon appointment. I like to be in and out with as little talking as possible. Jojo was amazing. It was lovely and peaceful. She gave me exactly what I wanted and did a beautiful job. I am so incredibly thankful. This is the first time in 4 years I've had my nails done and I am just so happy to have been able to get them done here with JoJo

Quality: 5/5 I switched to this spot after a few bad manicures at a previous shop. I get my nails done by Evon, and she is excellent! Because I get my nails done regularly, it's essential they last. I've gotten the gel tip extensions and dip manicures there and have been happy with the results. I usually get a regular pedicure with a sugar scrub (I'm a huge fan). Service: 5/5 Like any good nail spot, it's busy, but I schedule ahead and have never had an issue. Technicians are qualified, and other staff are friendly. When Evon has been out of town, the other technicians have been great. Atmosphere: 4.5/5 It feels, smells, and looks clean! It's nothing super special, but the stuff is in good condition and looks put together. The whole vibe feels professional and luxurious. They have a great selection of colors and have technicians that can handle complex designs.

My usual nail salon was closed on Sunday, so I came in here for an SNS Manicure. The polish is great but my cuticles look like I didn't even get a manicure. My manicure was very rushed. Not work the $67 (pre tip) that I paid.

Terrible experience today... Disappointing not to get a working massage chair, especially when that's part of the pedicure experience and I even asked to move to a working one. My finger and toe nail polish both look terrible. They look like I painted them and I suck at painting my own nails. Now I have to go to another nail salon to have them repainted. Manager on duty didn't make the situation any better. Gave me $5. Very insulting.

I went to this salon mid summer. Just wanted to do something for myself since I had just had surgery. The salon is aesthetically nice. My niece and sister-in-law suggested I go there. I was disappointed beyond words. I just wanted a basic clear nail polish on my hands and French pedicure with clear polish on my toes. I had my arm in a brace and was leaving town the next day. I had expected more from my nail tech Zoe. For such a nice place I thought this place would be good. First, I asked her to correct a blob on the pedicure. I asked her to fix it She tried and messed it up again. I looked at her funny and she shrugged her shoulders and continued to the next foot and did it again. Being uncomfortable I didn't say anything. She asked me about my mani again and I told her once again clear polish. She asked me to pay. I did and tipped her generously anyway. She walked away not completing the polish part of the manicure. I asked her yo come back and complete the manicure. She did one hand and rushed off. I should have said something before I left., but couldn't because if my ride was already there and was in a hurry What a waste. I wrote a comment on their website and no one contacted me to remedy the issue.
