Honestly, I use to love this place. I've been here several times, but haven't because things have been busy and I moved further. I called today and asked their prices. The lady told me on the phone a gel manicure was $30. I especially drove an extra 25 mins because I remember I liked their service! When I was finished she brings my receipt and I was charged $40. I was like why? I didn't have any previous gel and there was nothing special about this gel manicure but mainly I was that you told me it's $30. She said no it's always been $40! I went back last year and I clearly remember them being around $25/30 but to me this is just about principle. How are you going to say one thing and do Another??? I also got a pedicure and there was no massage. Just a little lotion and I'm done. Also their nail polish selection I was a little bummed about. I never heard of the names before! But I will say my nail technician was very nice and friendly and the owner is nice too.
I move to Columbia, Maryland beginning of October and looked for different nail shops but Delicate Touch is the one, great employees, great service. Tina did my pedicure and her service was great
It's true, walking in is hit or miss, but the ladies here are super friendly and great at what they do! We did mommy daughter nails today and loved it!!! We will be back again, we'll just be sure to always call ahead
I love this place! Han is so good and the other girls, Tina and Vy, are very sweet too! Best to make an appointment so you don't have to wait too long. Han is good at matching the colors to the nail pics of what I want. Nails are still intact after 3.5 weeks.
