I've only been here once, back in 2015 (hence the 4 stars) but agree with the other reviewer - this place is great. I wanted bangs and about 3 other stylists told me my hair was too long and it wouldn't look right. I walked into Deja Vu and Shayna cut me some bangs that looked great. Didn't say one word about long hair and bangs not being 'ok', just gave me some suggestions on specifics and did it. I guess she figured I'm a big girl and if I want bangs then I can deal with those consequences. But honestly, to get a good, quality haircut complete with honest input, and no BS, is really refreshing. And at a fair price to boot! Thanks Deja Vu!
There are several salons in Prineville. I have tried a whole bunch of them and this is the only place I will go for the rest of time! Even after I moved out of state I would come home for visits and I always made sure to get a hair appointment. The shop owner, Kim is THE BEST! She will bend over backward to make sure you love your hair. She has awesome suggestions, she really knows what she is doing! All of the stylists are very good though, and are equally as amazing. The nail techs are super sweet and do a beautiful job. OH! Kim is also a master eyebrow/lip waxer! I can not say enough to praise how fabulous this place is. I LOVE it!!!!!!!
