I gave this salon one star but they do NOT deserve even that! I will keep it short - just moved here my husband, daughter and I all had our hair cut my Sharon. My husband and daughter survived her grumpy attitude with marginally horrible hair cuts. I on the other hand was butchered! My hair according to my new amazing , skilled and patient stylist will take at minimum 3 months to grow out so he can repair the holes she chopped from one side of my head! This was an atrocious experience. Be warned !!!'

We received the worst customer service and directly from one of the owners, David. When trying to reschedule appointments, observing their 24 hour policy, we were told the following via email: "Well i am, so sorry but we don't business that way , we can't keep moving or shifting people this is our lively hood and our schedules are as or more important than yours . You'll need to find somewhere else to go to take care of your business how inconsiderate." Over the phone, he then yelled that he would not be losing any sleep over not having our business. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would.

I was looking for a particular hair product. Called this place first and asked to hold the last one they had for me.
When I arrived, I thought the place looked nice and was just thinking I might want to come back for other services too...
She rang up a can of hair spray which other salons around this area and online charges $16-22, for $30+.
I'm on my way to a vacation, and my regular hair place was out of this product. So I had not choice but to buy.
The can was all banged up, and she didn't even give me a receipt.
After I came home, I check some more places. $24 was the highest I could find.
I will never EVER consider to go that place again.
