Da-Vi Nails in Indianola, IA

Took my wife in there to get her nails done ,they did a great job ,just need to change the way they do for people who are 3 hours late,who made an appointment ,that they would take other people even walkins and make them wait for being late especially 3 hours late ,wow. They turned away 5 women waiting  on them to show up ,and when they finally showed up they said they had to stop and eat lunch ,wow ,so if they change that it would be a A+ place to go to get your spas and nails done ,as I sit there waiting I was thinking that these women who were late cost this business a lot of money 3 hours worth ,so I would change that policy ,

I took my granddaughter to the Indianola Walmart location to get her nails done 2 das before our vacation.  The polish started curling up and peeling off in one piece before we even left.  After learning this, I took her back and was told that it was because she'd been in water.
That's a new one!  I was in the same pool she was and mine was fine .  She redid her nails but insisted on using the same polish, otherwise was going to charge me again.  I told her that there was something wrong with that polish but she disregarded my concern.
One hour later, the polish was curling and peeling off again.  I called.  I was told regular nail polish doesn't stay on kids.  Another new fact that nobodies ever heard of before.  I asked for a refund and was told no.  I spent $100 there that day and was treated rudely today because they didn't want to stand behind their work.
Never going back, ever again.

I had a wonderful experience here.  The women are a family and there are many regulars.  Diane did a beautiful job on my manicure and pedicure.  Highly recommend and conveniently in the Wal-Mart!

My sister and I went to Davi Nails with a friend to get our nails done, but we knew it was a bad idea as soon as we got there. It was packed (which is not the business's fault, but it still didn't help with the experience), and one employee was running around and it was just very hectic. Once it was time to get our friend's nails done, the nail tech. kept leaving her station, and it made the process of getting our nails done longer than what it needed to be. One of the times she left she was gone for about 5 minutes and when she came back she had a handful of vegetables. I was not impressed. When my sister got her nails done, the nail tech. again left her station, but this time she started doing someone else's eyebrows. This business is very unprofessional, and what seems to be unorganized. I would not recommend spending your money here as it is not worth it.

Baffled by the ignorance and overall terrible experience had at this salon today. We had a party of 3. One was able to have their feet done and the other 2 were told they would have a half hour wait which was completely understandable as there were other clients that had appointments. However what is insulting and not acceptable is helping other clients who clearly do NOT have an appointment while telling us we will be helped in 5 minutes. After an hour of this we asked when it would be our turn with no definite answer. It seemed like the workers literally helped whoever they pleased whenever it was convenient for them. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again.
