I took my daughter for girl's day. Considering they had kid seats set up, I thought it would be a fun experience. The nail tech was incredibly rude and mean to my Child bc she would lean forward to watch the process or get excited. Direct that rudeness to me, not my kid. If they aren't prepared to service children, they should stop offering that service.
HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! I went to get my nails done with my friend and the tech that did our nails was so rude. I asked her if she could do french gel she said yes and I had two base colors and wanted to try them out on one nail so I could decide she got a huge attitude! I only asked her so she wouldn't paint them all then have to take it off she started mumbling and talking about me and said how you don't know what color. Then I just picked one she started to do French it was so ugly so I asked for a plane color.Not only that but while i was getting my nails done they called the police on the 2 little old ladies and I mean over 70 !!!!!!! That's ridiculous! Last but not least I asked her my total before we got started for basic French she told me then changed it when I got to register twice ! I'll never be back they make up the price as they go along !
The customer service is terrible! Each time I get service, today The cashier threw the receipt at me! I paid rest 112.00 and usually tip, not this time booth 5 gets upset because he cannot accommodate my request. He literally turned the light off while my hands were both under UV lamp. I'm never going back!!!! I moved here two years ago and been going there thinking it'll get better! NOT WORTH A PENNY They Rush every-time they start getting busy and the prices change each time...
