First visit. Pedicure just ok. SNS not great, but they fixed them. 4/10 nails messed up. Nail cracked and popped off within 1.5 weeks. Not my first choice in the area to go, but I do appreciate them fixing the nails.
I saw the two bad reviews and had to write my own. My daughter and I have been going here for many years. We stopped after she moved out on her own and I would go occasionally and they would always ask about her. We started going back this year. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. Always has been. Not sure why the bad review. It was 5 months ago and COVID was wrecking havoc everywhere. Maybe that's why?!?! I always recommend them and buy gift certificates for Christmas there too.
Terrible customer service and terrible manicures! I went to DK the first time for a gel manicure unknowingly the Friday before a high school homecoming and my manicurist rushed and missed spots on my nails as well as painted my actual fingers a couple times and did not correct it. Due to the crowd I let this slide and didn't think anything of it. I went back a week later to get a gel color change and was the only one there and somehow the experience was worse than the first. This manicurist rushed me to pick a color despite me being the only client at the time, missed tons of polish when removing the previous color and was then super rude to me when I politely asked her to remove it. Then when applying the the new color she painting many fingers and left polish running under my nails as well. I'm sure they are capable of great work, but they let their bad attitudes and piss poor customer service get in the way.
Excellent experience! I took my 83 yr old mother there for a mani-pedi. They were super nice to her, very warm and friendly while being very professional. They did an excellent job, her nails look great. The salon is very clean and they have a great selection of services. Their prices are good and they seem to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I'm very happy we found them.
