I went in Saturday to get a pedicure. The lady at the front sat me quick and I picked out a color. I don't normally do shellac as it's always smudged by the time I get home or messed up like nail polish would. The lady asked me four times. I kept telling her no because $20 extra for shellac? Pshh. I know how much it actually costs them and that's a reach. My boyfriend came in to grab my car keys as he had gotten his hair cut next door. So she tried to use that to her play saying my boyfriend was waiting on me and I'd still have to dry my nails. So I finally said yes so she'd stop asking. Then, i pay extra for the better pedicure and she rushes through it, and took the dead skin scrubber so hard to my feet, i could barely walk the rest of the day with how bad it hurt. This lady literally kept being so impatient with me and trying to upsell me to the shellac that, guess what, also smudged as soon as I got home and took off my shoes. Paid $75 for a pedicure from he**. Never will come again

I frequently get my nails done and know how the process goes. I've been here before for pedicures and decided to get a fill in while I was in the area. The person I got was rude. They cut my fingers multiple times and I would tell them it hurt and all they would tell me is "relax". I got French tips and they are not good. The underside of my finger has polish all over it that wasn't removed. They got mad when I asked for a second coat of white because it was so streaky and it was only applied to some of my nails. Overall, I will not be coming back.

I got gel on Friday, which normally last about 2 weeks where I normally get them done. Day 3 and they are already chipping. $35 down the drain

The people in the salon were super sweet and nice. I cannot rave enough about that BUT with that being said they did a really crappy job on my SNS as a first time customer and so unfortunately I won't be returning. For the price and two of them not looking good (one air bubble and one lumpy) I will not return a second time.
