Many beauty salons experience peak traffic on weekends, especially on Saturday mornings and afternoons. Weekday evenings can also be particularly busy as clients tend to schedule post-work appointments. Booking in advance is always advised, but if you're seeking a less bustling environment, you can inquire with d'Artiste Salon about their quieter hours.
Amazing salon with a friendly, educated and talented staff! Been going to d'Artiste for years and I've never disappointed!
Amazing Crew, Professional staff. Great Service. Cuts and color are on point. Priced right!!
The best! I have been getting my hair cut by Duane for more than ten years. I'm a low- maintenance hair person, and I get a cut that I can manage myself. My hair always looks good! My husband's hair is very straight and fine. After years of bad haircuts I had Duane cut his hair...and he did a fabulous job. Duane is an artist, with hair and also with a camera. He's also, maybe most importantly, a kind and caring person.
I received a gift card from a friend and decided to give this place a try. My appointment was at 12:00pm, but I arrived at 11:45am just in case. I sat there for a while, and noticed other people coming in and being seated immediately. I asked them how much longer, and they said I should be seated shortly. Fast forward, it's now 12:40pm and I'm still waiting to be seated. I could understand if I was a walk in, and I had to wait. But I had an appointment booked. I eventually got my hair done. Then it was time to check out. I had a gift card for $75, plus another for a free blowout. And somehow I still owed $15. All I did was get my hair washed, some layers, and a blowout. I've been to other places where my gift cards would've covered the service and I wouldn't have to sit for 40 minutes waiting to be seated.
Went to salon, showed pictures and asked for platinum blonde. I received brassy highlights that are not blended well or evenly placed. I washed it twice and waited a couple days to see if the color would oxidize and pull through, but it didn't. Since then I have left a message at the salon about how I'm unhappy and never received a call back. I thought I was being dramatic, but I have been asked if I highlighted my hair myself, meanwhile I spent $150 to get it done. I'm not impressed. Go to someone else! I have attached my hair vs what I asked for.
