This place is a hidden gem. Great customer service in a relaxed atmosphere. Debbie is so good at her job. Makes you walk out feeling great every time. She even came in on her day off to do my hair for a family wedding. Talk about above and beyond. Lastly the prices are really affordable.
I love this place - everyone is so nice and friendly - they are like family! When I go to get my hair cut and colored it is like a night out -fun! They are very accommodating to what once was my hectic schedule. I always come out feeling so good because my hair looks great! They give wonderful facials also - it feels like you are on vacation when you are in the room - so serene and rejuvenating! I can't wait for them to open again - I really miss them and so does my hair! Mary C.
Good salon, was there once. Very nice people, amazing customer service. Wasn't able to get done what I needed but I think that's because my hair is a complicated thing. No biggie. Still recommend it!
Amazing. Was there this past Saturday. Went for a European facial. When I walked in was offered a beverage . The lady at the front desk was friendly and took my coat. Then I went to the back and had a wonderful facial. The lady was wonderful and it was a great facial. Will be coming back soon. Needless to say the inside of this establishment is very nicely decorated..very cozy and beautiful inside.
Terrible salon Besides the strange and inconvenient hours, the service was horrendous. My hair was cut unevenly by a stylist named Danielle. I gave them one more chance for a single process coloring and it came out brassy and uneven.It was done by an older woman whose name I can't recall. I believe she was the manager. That was the last straw. I am going back to Sir John's in West Babylon. Hector, the owner, is a world class stylist, expert cutter and colorist. The entire staff is talented, polite and professional. NEVER GO TO SALON TRES CHIC; YOU WILL REGRET IT.
