I had an appointment Friday before Mother's Day (wanted to look nice for this special day) and the stylist totally butchered my hair. I called the next day and spoke to manager who stated that she will call me back. Well, she never did. So disappointing! If you like lousy customer service and a terrible haircut this is your place!
