I called before going in and asked a price for a full cut, wash blow dry and flat iron. I was told $40 so I went thinking it was a great deal. I arrive receive the service and the charged me over $110. I'm pissed because they never said it's based off of length or anything else. I would never had come if I would have know that, fucking ridiculous and I will never go back. It doesn't take a genius to cut hair straight across at the shoulders. I'm very dissatisfied with this location, their lack of communication and over pricing. Don't go here. They are not true on their pricing and will over charge. It looks good as a cut but I only went here because I didn't want to do it must for $100 I would have. They should have explained pricing is based off length and can only be quoted in person. No see me know I called and continue with the service knowing you quoted me $40 and ring me up $112. Then ask for a tip, seriously fuck off.
I was there the first time and "Summer" did an awesome job. It was less then half of the price what I used to pay. I will be back for sure
Katherine has been my stylist for over three years. Excellent Customer Service takes time and effort in order for the final result to be one of total satisfaction. If you want a plop-plop, fizz-fizz, rush-in and rush-out, talk an Alka-Seltzer. But if you want someone who takes pride in their work and cares about their customers, Katherine is one of the finest stylists you could encounter. I count it an honor and privilege to be one of her customers.
my cousin went in there and got turned away because she had "lice" in her hair. we checked through her hair and she had nothing but just a little bit of dandruff. if they were professional and knew how to do their job they would know it wasn't lice.
Absolutely terrible. My MIL took my son here twice and I have had to fix his hair BOTH times. First time they did not trim behind his ears or his sideburns so he had really long hairs hanging. The second time the left side was two times shorter than the right side and they didnt see the difference. Absolutely ridiculous to pay for something that has to be redone once you get home. Never again.
