STAY AWAY FROM BRANDY! I made an appointment for a root smudge at this salon I don't go to. I had a little red tones in the side I asked if a toner in that area would get it out. Brandy decided to take her own approach. She did not color my roots and bleached my entire head taking out my all my full highlights and dark color. I didn't want a trim but she said whoever did my hair before did a bad job. She must have cut 5 inches off and cut it short on the sides and poofed it out. I had long layers in my hair. I went to back to talk with her and she said out you wanted to grow out your greys so I changed your hair for that. I NEVER ever said I was growing out my greys and asked why I would book my appointment for a root smudge? I feel horrible.
Go see Lauren she does fantastic cuts for both men and women and she also does a phenomenal color job!! Very talented and sweet!
Our stylist was personable and did a great job on my 3yr olds hair! I wish I remembered his name (I'm terrible at that!). My husband had his hair cut by Lauren a couple of weeks and she was great too. We will definitely go back
I have come to this location a few times to get my sons hair cut. First time was alright.. not the best service.. second time they really messed up his hair. I'm not a hairstylist and I could have done a much better job. I stopped going to them because of these two incidents. A year had passed and my friend that cuts my sons hair now was out of town. So I decided to try them again since the staff was all completely different. I thought it might be fine. I got his hair cut and it looked nice! The very next day his head was uncontrollably itchy. We had not been any where else other then cuts by us. My kids stay home so they are out of school for the summer. I washed my sons hair but he was still very itchy. I checked his head and nothing a few days after this I found head lice. I thought back to after my son got his hair cut and I remember the comb that was used to cut his hair getting thrown into a drawer. If it didn't get sanitized after his cut, did it get sanitized before his cut? I'm pretty positive that this salon is where he got lice from. What a mess!! I will never return!
Not big on leaving negative reviews but this place deserves it. Great place to go if you enjoy getting ignored. Walmart has better customer service. Plus it's smells like a bathroom and it's just straight dirty. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Doesn't look like many people have good things to say about this place. Glad I walked out. I'd give a zero if I could. Nothing positive to say.
