The Lady did not listen. Cut my hair wrong. In the middle of cut I stoped her and told her . The person with seizors in her hand Kept right on cutting it wrong. THEY do not listen and when called down about it she stopped cutting my hair all together. I will not go back BERWARE. I had to go elsewhere to get it finished. I offered to pay. She didn't want it rudely. BERWARE!!!

The woman who cut and styled my hair and beard named Kristina did an awesome job! I think the whole staff there does a great job and are very friendly. Its been a while since ive been due to a change in my work schedule but I will be back soon.

Thank you to Kristina for giving me an amazing haircut and really taking her time to make sure my hair looks good! I will definitely be back in the future for more haircuts.

Very displeased with my hair cut. I walked in. One of the ladies asked what I needed. I told her just a trim. I then asked her how long the wait would be. She replied with: I'm not sure. So I sat down feeling a little pushed aside. I sat next to another customer whom was also waiting and she told me she was the next in line and that she was just getting a trim also. So I waited for just a few minutes which wasn't bad at all. When I did actually got waited on by the rep whom was going to cut my hair (she had great customer service), she asked what i needed. I said i needed a trim just cut STRAIGHT across the back. Started out with new techniques that isn't normally what I've seen, sort of threw me off a bit. I gave her a chance though. Towards the end of the cut she gave me the mirror so that I can see her work. One side was shorter than the other and I pointed it out. Then she started with more techniques. By the end of my cut I was very unhappy and ready to just walk out. My hair had been choppy looking, not a straight cut trim at all and too much was taken off. I mean, for 15 dollars you can't beat someone who is inexperienced with cutting hair but, dang...I will never be going back to that place nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Me too and my mom went to the Cuts by us on 9 Mile and Pine Forest to see about getting a cut by Michelle. I have never met a person so rude in my life. She said she was booked today, that is fine. I asked about next Saturday and so rudely yelled across the salon " I booked for the next 2 weeks" really you could not come and talk to us. Michelle has no people skills and really should not be dealing with the public. If your that unhappy, find something that makes you happy.
