I have always use this place for cut and style. Kendall always does a great job. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Penny for over a year and have been very happy with her cuts. The salon is bright, sunny, clean and friendly and I have never had a long wait although I'm sure when they get busy that could happen.

This is my first time reviewing a place and if I could give a negative star I would. I had my hair cut by Julie. I went in with hair length in the middle of my back. I showed a picture of how I would like my hair, layered and the length I wanted. It was not an unreasonable request as I had this style before and was not much different than I already had. I was turned sideways as she was cutting my hair and when I turned to see what she was doing she told me not to look yet. The finished product was a blunt cut just below my shoulders!!!! Nothing even close to my request! Long story short the manager, Keri, refunded my money and offered to layer it when it grows. Two weeks later and I hate to even look at my hair. I was told, politely, that unfortunately I will have to live with it until it grows. I feel like Julie looked at the pic then did whatever she wanted. Hate this cut and this place!

I was literally just turned away and not allowed to sign in. The young lady said that she had 3 ahead of me and the only other stylist was leaving. Sure she had 3, but there was two hours and thirty minutes left before closing, and she was not even open to letting me wait to see if I could get in tonight. This is not the first time this has happened here there was another time they closed 2 hours prior to their close time and left a note with business cards offering discounts as compensation for no service that night. Awful service !!! Lazy stylists!! Needs new management!

I have been going to Cuts By Us for a couple years and Have been pleased by the results until today. I went in to get a perm and was informed, even though there were 3 people working, two of which were sitting at the back of the shop talking, that no one there knew how to do a perm... what? I am pretty sure that you have to learn how to do a perm when you go to cosmetology school, and why would a business owner hire so many people who only knew how to, or only wanted to, cut hair? I asked to make an appointment and was told that there would be NO ONE working in the next 4 days who knew how to do a perm... again WHAT? The girl at the counter stated, "We are really understaffed." I think they simply did not want to do the perm. I then went to a locally owned hair salon and was given an appointment the same day. I can absolutely say I will NEVER go back to Cuts By Us and will not recommend this place to any of my friends.
