HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE first time getting acrylics there was the only one there so there wasn't any need to rush through my set . Got a basic set just white and still managed mess them up. They just look un even and have bubbles in the polish and didn't even let me dry my nails until they were fully dry. Lady who did my pedi was aggressive with the tool and looked as if a kid painted them u can see all the lines through the polish on the second coat and it was GEL .
My favorite shop they do great work with pretty fair prices. I spent many appointments trying to find the right place with the best prices and was fairly close to home and I came across this shop over a year ago and won't go anywhere else.
Please do NOT go here. Came in for a pedicure, the woman who did my pedicure told me that I needed my ingrown nails taken out a "little" bit. I explained that I never have pain there. She proceeded to take them out and my cuticle was bleeding throughout the whole pedicure nonstop. As it was bleeding she didn't change her gloves or the water and continued to massage bloody water into my legs. I don't care if it was my blood, to me that is absolutely unsanitary. I asked them if that was safe that I was bleeding and that it was getting on the utensils/chair we were using. The man (owner?) informed me that everything is very clean and I would not get an infection. After she had painted my toenails the blood was seeping onto my nail so I politely asked her to repaint them and she did which was very nice of her. BUT the owner continued to argue with me and after letting my toenails dry for a bit he came over with oil and told me to put my socks on that they would be all dried and ready. Well I just got home, took off my sock and my nails are smudged. So $30 later it looks like a 5 year old had painted my nails and I'm cut pretty good. I called him and he argued with me once again saying "lady you would have to pay a fortune to have your ingrown toenails taken out by a doctor" oh thank you for doing me a favor by charging me full price and walking away with the worst pedicure I've ever had. Would not refund my card either. I never ever have a problem anywhere else nor would I ever complain if I really didn't think there was an issue. Today this was very unclean and unprofessional. Never again
My experience here was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They explained and answered all my questions. The place was clean and I watch staff clean other nail and pedicure stations and chair thoroughly. My nails look fantastic. I will definitely be returning.
Worst experience ever. My nails hurt for days. The women who did my nails was so painful. She drilled my nails even though they were clean with nothing on them. She dug her nail so deep in my skin to pull the glue off my skin. Which wasn't necessary. I've literally never had a more painful experience. The women who did was nails was so rude. Didn't talk to me at all. She was younger with a scar on her right hand. Management was so kind - was the only plus.
