I am currently on FaceTime with my friend who had a terrible experience there. She is literally crying because it looks bad. You really have her a very bad hair job, and left her with orange highlights. It looks very bad. The hairdresser was nice tho!
I have gotten my hair cut by Deborah several times. She does a great job clarifying the details when you show her a picture, she gave me exactly what I asked for. I got a cute, fresh style that looks great straight or styled. Will definitely be back.
I've went there 3 times. The first time was with Emily( she is really great and to be honest the only one I would trust with my hair at that place) she left my hair so beautiful and softy glowy highlights, then my second time it wasn't so good but it wasn't with Emily, she wasn't available and they didn't leave my hair like I wanted, this third time was even worse, I went in to get some highlights, faded down blondy highlights, and came out with a big red orange brassy all over color and was charged $120... like really? Now I don't even want to go there anymore. Really messed up my hair, I had to fix it myself. If you go there go with Emily, I'd wish I'd get my $120 back
I wasn't intending on getting my hair did, but I was checking the place out and they took walk-ins, and my hair is huge, so I took it.
It was $25 for a trim, without styling afterward. I am a fan of cheaper, so again, I was thrilled.
However, you get what you pay for. Although the stylist was pleasant, my cut was super-fast, I wanted to keep the length, and too much was taken off. Also, I straightened it later, and one side is shorter than the other.
No bueno.
Moral: You get what you pay for. Positive: The salon is very nice, and you can get your nails done -- they use OPI polish.
