The woman who did my daughter's nails did a TERRIBLE job. Her nails are SO THICK & CLUNKY, & the paint job is HORRIBLE. I took her back up there today just to get 1 of her nails redone (although ALL of them were thick & clunky) & was met w/a million excuses & no accountability. The lady snatched my daughters hand out of my hand & I had to let her know that it was overly unacceptable & that she'd better not do it again. We will never spend money there will make sure that others know how they treat customers. ALSO, the work areas were not very clean. Dirty towels over the hand rests where customers rest their hands & arms AS WELL AS their fingernail polish is VERY clumpy & dried out quickly as she applied it. I even asked her if she had another bottle but she claims that all of it looks like that. Complete waste of money! (Much more happen but I don't have time to type the rest.) Good luck of you ever go there. I hope that your experience is much better than ours.
I love this place! They give great service every time and do a good job! They do get busy so planing your time is important if you don't want to wait for a long time.
This is by far the best nail salon I've been to in Peoria! The girls are super sweet and efficient. I've been there about 5 times now and they always deliver excellent quality nails. Highly recommend!
