I work in fabrication and have had some problems with manicures but nothing on THIS scale!! A few cracks but nothing too bad I just like long nails... I don't care if I crack them myself... but this place is on another level..... , and granted my nails are real, I have had plenty of manicures while working manual jobs and this manicure (2nd) I have gotten from THIS place is by far the worst... I literally grab something and it pulls my manicure off and of course my nail is going to come with it because they're melded together! stay away!!! She can't be bothered to hire more people or do a better job, and her freakin husband I'm guessing LITERALLY CUT INTO MY NAILS TO GET THE SNS OFFFFFFF!!!! yo! Wtf!
I decided to try this place and brought my daughter and sister with me. When we got there we sat down and the guy who works there looked annoyed like he didn't want to do anything. Anyway I asked for a dip and had him start my nails then some other lady came in the middle to finish. My nails looked ok but they didn't clean around or under to get the junk off and they did the did thinner than I have had which caused me to have one cracked nail 2 days later and a second 3 days later. I went to a place by my house to fix them and this place is not that close to me and the place I went was like these are way to thin and that's why they are cracking easy. I noticed that the other nails are cracking and chipping. I will not be back. After feeling like I was an inconvenience and my nails being done this way Is frustrating. My sister asked if they could clean up around her nails and basically looked annoyed with her and rubbing her skin to almost raw. She told them to just stop and she will do it herself. Also the place needs to be updated and cleaned up. Stacks of magazines probably from years ago and just clutter. They also didn't take temperature or ask questions to follow Covid protocol.
