Wasted my time by 40 mins - 1 hr to wait for my stylist to be finished with a client that was suppose to be done before my appointment and was told that she was gonna cut my hair even tho I said NO CUTTING PERIOD in person and even mentioned no cutting beforehand over the phone. My stylist continues to IGNORE my request of no cutting in person and add it as a charge... she hikes my color dye by an extra 100 dollars too! Like what is wrong with this place!?. If you like to be told hiked up pricing, waiting an extra 40 mins - 1 hr over your appointment, and told you are GOING TO have your hair cut even tho you don't want it at all! If you like being told what to do with awful service please go here Beware of this service. Only care about money vs service Go somewhere better because before she could start on my hair I walked out! I ain't paying 250 dollars for a simple hair dye and she didn't even know "how" to
Do not go to a lady who goes by the name of "Genie"! She is ill-mannered, crazy, and extremely unprofessional. She will not pay attention to what you would like. Genie will tell you very personal stories you do not want to hear. She will sing off key in your ear for as long as you are there with her. Her uncaring attitude is also not welcoming.
Naomi did an amazing job at my wedding day. She came to my house with one assistant and they did my make up and hair and also my bridal party. Amazing. Everybody was happy. I recommend. Price is good too.
My daughter & I stumbled on Tanglez after leaving a different local hairstylist who's outdated, soccer-Mom atmosphere scared us away. Annie & the other gals at Tanglez were so cool & professional & upbeat. My daughter was cutting off her long hair to swing a new short haircut, and Annie helped her through the entire process, making sure she knew what she wanted & cutting it to perfection. Then she gave me a quick cut that was painless & beautiful. Great salon & great people.
