My 72 year old mother with health issues had never had a pedicure before. The owner was great. Patient and kind,she kept letting her know she wasn't going to hurt her and it's ok to relax (it is very hard to get her relax.) she did a great job on taking care of my mother and her nails! Five star visit!
The worst customer service from the owner Vanessa . It was my fault for going to another nail salon to get my nails done that I didn't like. So I went to creative nails after being referred by a friend. All I was asking was for them to shave my nails and shorten them. Vanessa looked at my nails said it was a waste of her time in a loud voice. She made a big seen. I was so embarrassed. I said I was going to pay you and tip you. She said it was going to take her an hour. I highly doubt that. But I knew better, the two other times I've been in there. Vanessa has been really rude. I will never go to this establishment ever again.
SPARE YOUR FACE AND DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I went in for a wax, the owner Vanessa was the who one provided the service... she finished both brows in 2 mins and i left with two completely different eyebrows.. and they were left so thin! disgusting service, never going back!!!

Worst customer service ever. My nail shape is wonky my stickers had bubbles in them and she argued with me about it. Had them removed and she was trying to charge me extra to fix their mess up. Not to mention the pedicure wasn't even enjoyable they guys was lagit just grabbing me feet and tossing them around. I came expecting a nice time and left in the worse mood bc the way they dismiss the complaint customers have
