EXTREMELY RUDE AND POOR SERVICE. She was laughing and talking the entire time- fine, no problem here- My issue is the lady had such an attitude after I requested dip not be too thin- "you should tell me before ! Now I have file more!!!" -I said well you should ask. She said "I do same way everytime." Well every customer is different. She also filed my nails way too close to cuticle and I was bleeding on 3 fingers. This was unacceptable service for a paying customer. Take your business elsewhere, your money will be better spent
As a long time customer, I have always recommend this company for good quality and quick service. They do same day services and they have many nail techs. This salon is best for good in and out service. The vibe is a bit chaotic but you will leave happy. The nails never come out bulky or cheap. 10/10 highly recommend!
I never feel comfortable in this salon as a person of color. During my last visit, I was waited on last, and when I was finally summoned over to a chair, I was passed along during the appointment to another nail tech who cut my cuticles, causing them to bleed (with no apology). When she was done, she returned to her original client without saying a word, so I had to manage the fan to dry my nails on my own. I will not return.
made an appointment, but still had to wait 30 minutes after being sat in a chair. nail tech was ride, flicking my hand to have me put it in and out of the gel nail light. after ONE day, 2 two nails chipped, but don't even want to bother going back to fix. will not be returning.
I owner is extremely rude. I had made an appointment for Sunday I called ahead of time to let them know I was running little late 10 minutes. Mind you Ive been a customer for few months thereTiffany always took care of me. When I arrived Tiffany seemed surprised I was there and the owner questioned me about my appointment accused me of not having one asked what number I called said I called the wrong salon ..Then figured Out I did have one and was rude ordered me to come back hour later all along my Technician Tina had no one in her chair . He was rude and very ugly about it IWILL NEVER GO back there and will tell everyone about how rude and unprofessional they are at this nail salon!! Not to mention it really doesn't matter if you have an appointment, they don't care you sit there for hours anyways, and the place is filthy. I will call the health and state of Michigan on them.
