My wife came home deeply disappointed after her haircut at this salon. Her cut was a simple request, but Casandra managed to stretch the appointment to almost two hours because she was constantly glued to her phone with the ringer on full blast! she ignored another customer even though the man said two times that he had an appointment with her. and during all this her coworker finished up THREE different people and was handling every customer phone call and other customers coming in. we wont be returning and strongly advise against taking your family to that sorry stylist

Great haircut, not a long wait times, easy to book appointments, my stylist was talkative and fun! Ask for Hannah, she does a phenomenal job. Definitely recommend and will continue to keep going here.

Went here for a haircut for the first time and was really impressed. The salon is clean and quiet and Mary did a great job on my stacked inverted bob. Best haircut I've had at a reasonable price. This will be my go to place from now on.

Got my hair cut my a young girl named "EMILY" she completely messed up my hair so many uneven peices and to short in spots I told her all one length and theres like 3 layers and she never wet my hair she did it on dry hair because she was complaining that drying it would take to long. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. I paid $25 for this!!

HUGE disappointment in all respects. Would not recommend it as the service is so uncaring and unhelpful. The place was empty, too. I made an appointment this afternoon for my 89-year-old disabled mother to get a much-needed haircut and shampoo. She was greatly looking forward to it. We arrived about 10 minutes late because all the handicapped parking was taken and I had to push her wheelchair across the parking lot. Not a single other customer was in the salon at the time. Our stylist was incredibly unhelpful as I tried to help Mom get comfortable in a seat for the shampoo. She didn't move a chair or a floor mat and watched me while I did both. All she did was warn us she had another customer in 10 minutes. We left without the shampoo and haircut. As we were leaving somebody who appeared to be a manager asked me if there was something wrong and I told her all of the above. She did nothing to help us either, nor did she apologize. In today's world, I would hope people would be more caring, aware and helpful. We'll all be old and in need of help someday!
