Liked this place, but they closed a few weeks ago. Apparently, a national chain is moving it.
Victor let me walk in and he gave me a cut and a beard trim and man did I need that trim. Heard that the business has been sold can't say I am happy about this.
Do NOT ever do business here. The owners are incompetent and incredibly rude. I made an appointment in person 6 weeks in advance. They sent me a text confirmation that I then responded to confirming my appointment 24 hours in advance. I arrived and Rebecca said the lady I booked the appointment with no longer worked there and they would not honor the appointment. When I stated that they had sent me a confirmation her reply was that it was their "system" and not them so they were not responsible. Another man then stated there are worse systems out there - as if that made everything ok. They do not care about customers which is extremely clear. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else but here.
Took my mom in for a trim and wash . Rebecca was her stylist. Never again!!! She said she wanted 1 inch to 1.5 taken off and she gave my mom a man's hair cut!!! Choppy cut all my mom curls off. Now my mom had cancer so her hair just started to grow back and this lady cut it off!! It's so bad I just had to cancel our family photos for Christmas. Her mannerism and customer service is horrendous. You can tell she is not a people person get her out of there!!! Victor is always nice to see.
Rebecca is the worst thing that has happened to Cool Cuts, I've been going there for 10 years and she has ruined this place, she is rude to the staff and awful to her customer. She ruined my haircolor and I had to get it fixed, she also took a 20 min phone call while she was in the middle of cutting my hair she said it would be 5 min and turned into 20-25min so unprofessional and along with it ruined my hair. Whatever you do, do not get an appointment with Rebecca, she needs a course in customer service, so sad.
