This place is the worst in customer service. I over heard stylists talking about other clients for example such and such does not tip and lady is so ugly. I felt like I was walking a highschool hallway. Over priced got crappy service. Found out lady who was speaking about client's was the owner. Not very smart of her. I also was told once I told people where I went that the owner threatens people. Great way to run a business. Im waiting to be threatened. Ladies spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Melissa did my hair a couple days ago and she was great. She is very reasonable other her prices and knows what she's doing. I would recommend her !
Melissa's salon is still the best , she is a true professional with her clients and staff . I love the way she treats us , she is truly interested in what We want and never tries to push us into doing anything we did not ask for , ( like so many other places I have been in the past ! ). You can tell that she treats her staff with respect and gratitude and that they appreciate her also . All this makes for a pleasant and relaxing place to visit . I still recommend it highly .!!
The owner Melissa provided my bayalage blonde color about a month before my wedding on such short notice. She also fit in two separate hair trials so I could figure out day of wedding hair style. Her and a braid specialist(I forget her name:() were great and even communicated via text as I sent Pinterest ideas and they were able to say if the picture or something similar would be achievable with my thick hair. We weren't sold on my first trial and the second trial really nailed down the perfect look. They showed up to my hotel early and ready on the day of my wedding and I have to say that was the most relaxing part of my pre-wedding! I knew exactly what to expect and how long it would take since we estimated time at the trial. My hair lasted all night, even the curls and I felt absolutely beautiful!!
