Bibi is rude and not good at her job. She complains about having to cut hair that is not terribly long and this has happened twice, so not a one off experience. Beware of her fades as she doesn't know how to do one and her scissor skills are sub par. All in all won't be coming back to her
We took our toddler twins here last weekend for first haircuts, fully expecting it to be a total disaster. We were pleasantly surprised! Bibi did a wonderful job both making the kids feel at ease and with their cuts. We will be back.
Not sure if they had a haircut place like this when I was a kid, but I am so glad I found out about Cookie Cutters for my son. I brought him here for his first haircut. We were really worried that he would have a hard time because he was being fussy that day. There was no need to worry though once we brought him in there he immediately was in a good mood. It was actually hilarious because he run right over to the chair that he was going to be sitting in for his haircut and asked to be picked up to be put into the seat. Bibi is who cut my sons hair and she did an excellent job! She put on cocomelon for him on the tv and he was entranced. She gave us a certificate for his first haircut that has pictures and even a lock of his hair attached. While we were checking out he played a little in their small playground perfect for his size! Please take your child here for their first haircut it will make the memory so special! Such a cute place.
Our almost 3 year olds just had the BEST haircut experience with Ms Bibi! She made it so fun for them and the actual cuts are amazing. We look forward to seeing her again next time!
They actually do a great job with the haircuts here but I'm very frustrated because we have a toddler and it's hard to get kids out of the house on time and even if you're a few minutes late they scold you and one time we had to cancel completely. They don't have any wiggle room and that's frustrating for parents who are dealing with small children. Especially since this is a place that's catered to small children. It makes me not want to go back.
