Got my hair cut by Cynthia and it was amazing she knew so much about hair and how to achieve healthier hair . Also knew the exact haircut I wanted before even saying the whole name of it . Very experience and took her time . Gave me a scalp massage I felt like I was about to fall asleep. Love how personable she is. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH CYNTHIA !!! You won't regret it .
I enjoyed coming to this salon, prices are nice and so are the workers. However, I felt like the service itself could've been better. I made an appointment with Mark and he was extremely detailed in and made sure he had the exact picture of what I wanted.
Came in with dark brown hair and requested to come out honey brown, just anything lighter. After trying for nearly 2 hours, Mark couldn't get the color to lift for some reason! we're not entirely sure what happened.
though I went to another salon, and it was possible! And they also charged half the price.
The hairstylist of the new salon that I went to thought that Mark maybe didn't take any risk and that was the reason why my hair didn't lift.
So it turned out my hair was perfectly fine and could lift the way that I want it, and I came into the salon for no reason essentially.
I would still recommend this salon to others, but I'm just unsatisfied with why Mark couldn't get it to the color I wanted in our 2 hour our appointment?
You get what you pay for. The lady who cut my hair barely said a word to me, I'm not one who likes to talk so I didn't mind but it did feel awkward. As for the cut, the front looks good but the back is a mess. The front of my hair looked fine after the lady finished cutting it, I was never shown the back but once I got home and took a closer look I noticed how choppy and uneven my "layers" were.
Really liked this place very affordable and the young woman who cut my hair was amazing at her job !! Would recommend this place I trusted her with my hair and she did an amazing job !
The worst hair color experience I've ever had and I've been coloring my hair for over 40 years!!
I tried this salon because I saw very good reviews on it but will never go back.
I went last Friday for an all over color with highlights. I chose a medium brown with highlights kind of a coppery blonde(I didn't want just the bleach out highlights). The lady that did it (Cassandra) put so many foils in it I ended up with more bleached hair that brown and it ended up looking like dirty dishwater gray! And was charged $120 for the disaster!!!
