the absolutely worst service. prices do not follow as they are posted in the salon. i requested a full set, gel polish, and french tip and it was 70$ for a shit job. to make it easier for my tech i said don't worry about the tip just keep the base and she insisted on doing french even thought i hate how it looks. i asked her for square and to file the nail down since it was so chunky. she was a complete bitch. the salon was very clean and the guy at the door was warning. they are only nice to their regulars. i was disappointed considering i was referred here for great prices and services. i called and the lady working the desk was absolutely horrible. they refuse to fix my nails and claimed i was never serviced yesterday. this was the worst experience and i will never refer anyone here and i will never be returning.

Excellent salon. Came here for a manicure and we ended up with a gel pedicure too - wonderful service and relaxing time! Will be back!

I'd like to give this business negative stars. I came in for a basic manicure, the tech was preoccupied chatting with her coworkers and cut me multiple times. One of my fingers was bleeding quite a bit and she used NAIL GLUE on the open wound to stop the bleeding. Towards the end of the manicure I had to ask her to remove the hardened glue from my skin and had to soak my finger in acetone (which is pretty painful on an open wound). Despite this, I paid full price before she started on polish and didn't complain once. The manicure turned out horrendous, the polish was so thick it was never going to dry. She painted my skin all around the nails yet missed most of the edges somehow? I decided while sitting at the dryer that I wasn't satisfied and I asked her to remove the polish and refund my money. For $30 I expect to leave in better shape than I came, instead I had clumpy nails and bleeding gashes and was on my way to a bridal shower. She offered to repaint my nails but when I insisted she remove it and refund me she proceeded to call me cheap and accuse me of just wanting a free manicure. She then blamed me for moving too much while she was trimming my cuticles which caused her to cut me - I get manicures on a regular basis and am not a 5 years old. After more back and forth I insisted I wanted to be refunded, to which she called me white trash and did begrudgingly refund my money. After returning visibly upset, my husband stopped in to speak with the manager about their employee's derogatory comments. They denied any wrongdoing and suggested I should have asked to be switched to a different tech if I wasn't happy with her. It's not about being cut or the bad paint job, she knows what she said and speaking to your customers in such an offensive manner is simply not ok. This business should be ashamed of themselves for employing people like her and offering such poor service.

Love this place! Went in with some of my wedding party to get our nails and feet And we were soo happy with our service. They were amazing with my daughter being there. I'm in love with my nails. The lady that did my nail was so sweet and helped me pick the nails and design. they are not cheap products they use. they use high end stuff and very clean. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Will be returning

This salon is my favorite!!  Been to a few in the area and this one is the best one around.  Annie is my favorite! She does the best dip powder manicure.  She's so sweet, personable and fun.  Would 100% recommend going to her! Won't ever go to another salon or another tech again!!
