COCO nail Lounge in Lubbock, TX

Horrible service. Walked in was told to wash my hands and sit down. The lady did not inform us we would be waiting 30+ minutes. As I'm getting my pedicure the lady kept asking me if I was sure I didn't want to get gel on my toes in stead of regular polish. I think I upset her because I did not want gel. She then then proceeded to do the fasted pedicure I have ever gotten. Had to get my toes repainted. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Kevin did such a great job! I showed an example of what I was going for and he did an amazing job! Love this place and have been here multiple times- love it every time! They are very welcoming & always so sweet.

My favorite place! Kevin, the owner, does my nails and they are perfect. His power dip lasts weeks and is very reasonable!

This nail salon is the worst place to go. The workers are rude and argumentative. They cannot understand what I am saying and cut off all my nails. The quality was horrible many rigid edges left and was not anywhere near even. When I went back to get it fixed they pulled up camera footage to "catch me" but were wrong at the end of the day. They did not even offer to fix it. There are hundreds of better places to go in lubbock for a lot cheaper and better quality.

I came in for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. First I will say that I attempted to come in the day before and after sitting there for 45 minutes without being provided a wait time expectation I left and went back the next day. The gel pedicure was OK, even though I paid for callus removal and left with the majority of my calluses still on my feet. Polish job was fine. What I was very disappointed in was the dip manicure. The gentleman did not use a base, which I didn't understand- just used the regular color dip only. This is also the only place I've ever been that didn't put a gel top layer over the dip and UV cure it. I even asked about it and he told me he used a "dip top layer" that didn't need to be UV cured. I'd never heard of that but I wasn't about to argue with him, I'm not a cosmetologist. About 8-9 days after my manicure all of the dip started separating from my nail and the entire polish started popping off cleanly from my nails. My manicures typically last 3-4 weeks, so I know he didn't do something right. I usually have to work pretty hard to get dip polish off myself if I don't have it removed in the salon- but with these all I had to do was apply a bit of pressure and the entire thing popped off in 1 piece. Huge waste of money, will not be back.
