Just wanted to share that the nails I got were of really great quality and looked super clean. Definitely worth trying out!
I went in for a color change only (no gel, no pedicure or manicure). I was charged $48 and an additional $2 for using my debit card. I called today and asked what they would charge for this service and I was told $20 for toes and $20 for fingers. When I questioned why I was charged $48, she then asked did I have my nails trimmed!! They are very pushy trying to sell other services. And needless to say, my nails look horrible and the paint was chipping off the next day!! What a rip off!! Talking to other employees in a foreign language while offering their service. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend Co Nails to anyone and have no desire to go back. Rant over!
Trying to nickel and dime you to death! I just wanted a simple pedicure, they gave me the price then tried telling me I needed the gel polish for $10 more!!! Nope nope nope nope nope! Kept asking me to do my eyebrows, and finger nails again I said no. I only want the basic pedicure. Then she suggested special gloss on my toe nails for 15$ ! Wtf!!!! Hate this place! Its so rude to be talking foreign languages to other employees while they work on customers!!
