Club Sun Tanning & Sunless in Kalispell, MT

Beautifully remodeled and always spotless Club Sun! Nikki makes coming in a wonderful experience! She is always so welcoming! Making an appointment online is super convenient. I highly recommend tanning at Club Sun!

Charged me on the same day that I canceled which was the day I was supposed to cancel. First they would reimburse me then emailed me that I canceled at noon when I was supposed to cancel earlier.
The beds don't work very well.
It says walk in but you can't. So in addition it is hard to even get an appointment.
Way over priced.
Not many that work there really cares about customer service.

These people will rip you off and not care. So sad.

I am so happy with Club Sun. The price was reasonable! And each time I went in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The business is clean and smells terrific, too!  And the online booking was easy! I strongly recommend Club Sun! Thank you to them!

Let's start by saying that the customer service is mediocre at best. I had made an online appointment and when I got there it was nowhere to be found. I was told I could use a bed but only for 10 minutes max instead of my usual 12. When I got into the bed none of the upper lights worked. I was already in it and short for time so I just did the roll over & over & over motions. I had told the girl after & she did not believe me. I made another appointment that next day stating I did not want that bed. She then charged me for the stand up bed. Honestly I felt it should've been comped. To my surprise as I was driving away she actually charged me twice for the tan upgrade. When I walked back in to ask her to reverse the charge she was clueless on how to do so. She told me someone would handle it. I'm going to finish out my tans and move to radiance tanning salon. I do not recommend this place I felt like I was a bother to them. Did not feel welcomed at all. If you're willing to refund me for the last 5 tans I have I'll happily never return.

I had been a loyal customer with Club Sun for two years. I notified them that I was going to be in California for a travel nursing assignment for a prolonged period of time and to hold my account for 6 months. They agreed that it would be put on hold. It wasn't until I was reviewing my bank statements that I realized Club Sun had only put my account on hold for three months. I had been charged $219 without my knowing or authorization, for services I was not utilizing. When I contacted Alex Weinstein and explained the situation, he was argumentative and refused to refund me, stating it was not Club Suns fault. I went into the situation assuming the miscommunication would be resolved and I would be refunded fully. I cannot believe this is how a loyal customer, member of their community, and healthcare professional was treated by this business, and its owner. I will never spend another penny at this establishment.
