CLASSY NAILS & SPA in Tinley Park, IL

I have really bad toes nail, the technician Ray does a magnificent job on my pedicure. It's pricey, but I'm worth every penny.

The salon was clean and service was good. I am disappointed with the pricing and quality. I got a full short acrylic french set and the cost was $83 !! The nails were done with pink acrylic powder and gel polish. The nail stylist Hailey didn't paint a double coat with the white polish nor the topcoat and now I'm afraid it'll chip very easily. The nails look good but definitely not worth the high price. An average salon charges around $55-60 for the same style. This salon is OVERPRICED! I will not be returning Update: my gel set is already chipping after 3 days.. I spent $83 on this and it's not lasting. So disappointed!

The nail technician, Summer is excellent. However, the cost for a soak off and gel set was $78. It would have been more had I paid with a credit card. A fee is charged when paying with a credit card. Unfortunately at this rate I won't be able to afford a pedicure when I get a fill in.

I use to come to this place all the time within the past couple of years I don't know what happened or who bought this salon out but it has been terrible ever since. The wait is always extremely long, and who ever is in charge need to teach their co workers how to wax their customers because this is UNACCEPTABLE. I came here to get my eyebrows done and I left out looking like I got beat up. My eye brow and eye lids were burning and bleeding. It's EMBARRASSING to even go out like this. Makeup cannot clear this up. I have had this bruise for a couple weeks now. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've never given a 1 star review before, but this place earned it. I used to get my mani-pedi here every 2 weeks, before the pandemic. The salon was very clean, the service was usually quite good. Having returned here, first time since COVID, I find new owners and deteriorated service. The young man who did my nails was average; nails ended up being different lengths, shaping was inconsistent, and 2 of my no-chip nails chipped within 4 days. But my biggest complaint is the lack of cleanliness in the entire salon. It is simply filthy! Dirty towels laying around, laundry baskets, nail dust EVERYWHERE, polish streaks EVERYWHERE ( on chairs, walls, tables, not to mention those filthy plexiglass dividers at each nail station, spray bottles laying around, dirty floor, just everywhere was a filthy mess! They don't even use the regular sized hand towels at the nail stations, they're using faded out wash cloths instead! And I believe that the nail tech did not use sanitized nail tools for my feet. Whew! Before I left, I QUIETLY brought these concerns to the manager, and he gave me excuses at to why they couldn't keep the place clean... they're doing so much business that the HVAC system can't keep up with the nail dust, and they clean once a day. I don't buy it, and once a day is NOT enough! The other owners had a person designated to clean all day long, every day. And the techs used sterilized tools for every customer. And the place was clean. Always! I can't go back here, I'm afraid of getting an infection or COVID!
