Classic Nail & Spa in Mooresville, NC

i came in without an appointment and they took my right away. i warned them about a broken soar nail i had on my right had and he was super careful making sure he didn't hurt me, he worked very efficiently and paid close attention to detail, best salon i have ever been to hands down, 100% would recommend.

we walked in and had an appointment at 5:45. We were waiting for 35 minutes before we sat and keep in mind they were extremely rude. they rushed me and my friends, and did a horrible job. They look like a 10 year old did it. They also got the type of nail wrong, we asked for sns and got acrylic. when we went to pay we asked them for a discount and they were extremely rude. They blamed it on us and said we wanted it like that but the pictures were completely different. They gave us 5 dollars off and still made us pay 60 dollars. Don't recommend coming here. now my prom is ruined.

I've been a longtime customer, but no longer. I will never return here as I was treated so rudely today. I arrived at my appointment today to see a nail tech I use to always request. She was just helping out for 2 weeks I was told. I asked if I could have her do my pedicure instead of the tech I had requested for today. I was told she could and as always she did a wonderful job. However, when I was checking out I was told that I could no longer request a specific nail tech because I switched nail techs upon arrival today. The nail tech I switched from was upset and told me to no longer request him. This is poor customer service! I never should have been confronted, especially after I asked if I could switch and was told I could. The business still made money as I still received a service. Experience started with a great pedicure from a tech I adore to being so rudely treated upon exit.

Not sure why this place has such low ratings. My little sister religiously goes here and I'm home for the holidays so we went with my mom and older sister. They did an amazing job on gels and pedicures! The people working there were also super friendly and I could tell they had a lot of strong relationships with their clients (all first name basis, employees even gave one customer a gift with baby clothes for Christmas because she's a recent mom and they knew! It was so cute). They are pricey ($45 for gel manicure, I think because mine had some kinda special top coat), but other than that I would recommend. Also there was no wait, it was clean, and all of our appointments combined didn't take forever on Christmas Eve

Yesterday December 4,2021 I went in for a pedicure $55(gel included)
I had gel on and the nail technician removed it with a drill all the way down (did not took time to soak off)
He did cut the side of my toe it started bleeding and he sprayed tons of alcohol... it BURNED!!!! He then proceed with scrub and applied gel
My gel is peeling as he only cured it for 30 seconds each time...
Today is December 5,2021 my toe has been continuously bleeding and puss is coming out... I hope it does not get infected but I'm sure for the looks it is
Not a great experience!!!!
