I have called 3 times to request Julie. She seems not to be taking new customers. Therefore, I called 3 more times asking for a haircut for myself and my husband ( I also filled out your request for haircut appointment). I again called today and was promised a phone call back which again did not happen. No return phone call and No customer service. This salon is quite pitiful. Thanks for taking time for your clients as you did not!!! Very disappointing and I will tell the person who recommended me. Exceptionally Bad Customer Service
I absolutely love the detail, from my name on the locker the dim lit lighting and soothing tunes in the changing room and then there's Lori, absolutely the best with over 25 years in the business , her detail , her technique , her vibe, all the things that make a perfect spa experience. From a wax to a facial and in between , the comfort level is above and beyond. Her individual designed facials, foot rubs , arm rubs and attention to detail is exquisite. Been going for years , AMAZING. Also complimentary hair wash and style after facial if stylist available ( and they always are) . CHRISTMAS coming , only place for a gift card is with Lori!!! Went today and can't wait to go next month!!!
