CJ did an excellent job on my hair. She was professional and she knows her stuff. I was completely impressed. I have difficult hair and not everyone can do. She had no problem and made very important recommendations to keep it healthy. I was so impressed, I made a follow up appointment and will definitely be back. I FOUND A NEW STYLIST!

Foreals this is a amazing place to go if you want to do a full color on your hair and she inspired me to go to my dreams again I love how she did  my hair and how end up the colors together in my hair ‍

If I could give zero, I would. So, I decided as an early 40th birthday present to myself that I wanted to bleach my hair white. I had already bleached my hair once, but only lifted it from 1B to about golden blonde. I felt one more bleaching would get the results I wanted and I wanted a profrssional to handle it. I called the salon today, and whoever answered the phone needs to be fired immediately. I told her what I wanted and that I had already bleached it once with minimal damage. This is where she starts cutting me off. Saying there is no way I didn't damage my hair when bleaching it. Obviously i know bleaching is a damaging process but I had taken every precaution to mitigate against damage. None of my hair broke off. I still have my curl pattern, so by my estimation, there wasn't much damage. I had assumed the person on the phone would tell me that i needed to come in for a consultation and we'd schedule it, but instead when i tell her that I want to have a professional work on my hair because i don't trust my limited knowledge, she keeps harping on how my hair is already damaged and that bleaching it again is only going to damage it more. Now in my opinion, don't offer coloring and platinum blonde coloring as a service option if you're just going to berate anyone who asks for it. Now I'm the kind of customer who is loyal af. All that woman had to do was not have a stank attitude and she would have had a customer for life. Instead, no one in that salon will be coming within a 1000 ft of my head. I'd rather mess this up on my own than give them a penny.

I paid $450 for my hair to start coming out the very next day so I advised her that I was going to visit my famous friends in ATL so I would get back with her on this issues so I did, never got a call or txt back on this issue. I have been txting her to see if I can just have my hair colored but never got a txt back.
