doing acrylic nails should not take 2 hours. it wasn't even busy and the nails came out awful. it was also really small and dirty and one nail tech was rude to people who had made appointments but they accepted people who came in later as walk in's.
i arrived at 3 and did not leave till 5:45 mind you i needed to be at work at 5 and she couldn't do a simple acrylic nail with one base color. i will never under stand.
for those wondering she was the older Chinese women. rude dirty and could not talk to people kindly. even me.
all of the bad reviews are lying lol. this place never fails to do my nails how i picture them. they work to perfection and make sure you're satisfied. i go there every month and i'm never disappointed.
This place sucked. They are very small and very dirty. Paint coming off the walls. The girls working there didn't seem to give a damn. I came here for the first time, got a fill the lady did an ok job. Broke a nail the next day, came back in to have them fix it. No one could figure out my nail color and made it seem like it was my fault, my problem. The girls started becoming more rude so I just gave up and walked out with the wrong color. Don't go here if your used to people giving a damn and being kind.
I ran in here for nothing special, just a polish change as I didn't have time to go to my regular place. It's right down the street so it's convienent and the woman was nice and spoke English, but I wouldn't come here for a full treatment. None of the tools were sanitized and the polish job was iffy. I'd rate 2.5 if I could.
Came in for a first time after getting a gift card from family , it's small and thank goodness a cool day cos no fans besides to dry nails and door wide open w no screen. (Can't stand bugs) but it was great cos I was seen right away , the women was very quite but did a great job on my pedicure foot tub looked clean and new tools were used all around not bad
