The worst pedicure I have ever had! Terrible customer service. When I complained I was told if was my fault. Holly is working so quick and doesn't care about doing a good job. Skip this salon, it's not worth your time or money.
Rude people- When asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and I asked for basic, they said you don't want this one? I said no the basic is fine. She literally stared at me from that point on neither the nail tech nor the pedicure tech would look at me they rushed through the process and ignored me the whole time...I'll never go back
Upon arrival, the nail techs tried to coerce me into purchasing a more expensive package. I declined to upgrade and was subsequently regulated to techs who were nice but not nearly as skillful as they should have been. For example, neither I nor my sister were placed under the UV nail drying lamps. As a result of this and other shortfalls, the service provided by the salon was by far the worst I have ever received.
Randomly popped in one day after a workout across the street. The amazing chairs, friendly staff and clean environment kept me coming back. I've been several times now. The bathrooms are also clean.
Rude and inexperienced staff. They make fun of you and think you don't notice. Terrible, ugly, and crooked full set and they left dead skin under feet. Over $100 down the drain!
